Online stores

A salesperson on the shop floor, for a shop with no floor

Your store answers questions, recommends, and closes — the way a good assistant would if your customers could walk in and ask.

Recommends from your live catalog

Real products, real stock, real prices, with photos — not a description of your range written six months ago.

Answers "where is my order?"

The single most common message a store gets. It looks up the order, reads the courier status, and answers with a date instead of a link.

Adds to the cart inside the chat

The customer does not get sent back to browse. The item goes in, and checkout is one tap away.

Goes after the carts that stall

A cart abandoned at 11pm gets one well-timed message — not a four-email sequence that trains people to ignore you.

Connects to

Your store, not a copy of it

The agent reads the catalog and the orders live. Change a price and it quotes the new one on the next message.

Store questions

Which platforms do you connect to?

Shopify and WooCommerce directly, Wix through its API, and anything else through ours. If your storefront is bespoke, the catalog and order lookups are two endpoints away.

Will it make up a product that does not exist?

It recommends from the catalog it was given, and it is built to say it does not know rather than to fill the gap. You can read every transcript and see exactly what it said.

Does it push too hard?

You set how assertive it is, per store. Some stores want it to close; some want it to answer and get out of the way. It is a setting, not a personality.

What about returns and refunds?

It explains your policy and collects what you need, then hands the thread to a person. Approving a refund is a decision, and a decision belongs to you.

Point it at your catalog and see what it sells

Set it up against your own content and talk to it yourself. If it is not good enough, you will know within the hour.
