An agent that knows
your business by heart
It answers your customers, recommends from your catalog, chases the orders that stall and hands you the ones that need a person — on every written channel, on one brain.
Do you ship to Germany, and how long does it take?
We do — 3–5 working days to Germany, free over $60. Want me to check stock on something?
The linen shirt in medium
In stock in medium, in three colours. I can put one in your cart now.
Your customers don't think in channels. Neither should your agent.
The same brain answers on all of them, remembers the same customer across them, and hands the same context to whoever on your team picks it up.
Where most customers already are. Replies in seconds, opens a thread your team can take over mid-conversation.
Website chat
A bubble on your own site that reads your pages and your catalog, and can put things in a cart.
DMs and comment replies, so a post at midnight is still a conversation in the morning.
Messenger
The same agent on your Facebook page, with the same memory of the customer.
Inbound mail answered, sorted and escalated — not a separate tool with a separate brain.
Most bots deflect. This one finishes the job.
It reads your business, not a script
Point it at your site, your catalog, your price list and your documents. It answers from those, and says so when it does not know — rather than inventing something confident.
It can act, not just reply
Look up an order, check stock, add to a cart, book a slot, open a ticket, write to your CRM. A reply that ends in "please contact us" is a conversation you still have to have.
It knows when to get out of the way
Rules you set — a refund, an angry customer, anything over a value — hand the thread to a person with the whole history attached, on the channel it started on.
One inbox behind it
Every conversation, lead and task in one place your team actually works in, with the agent muted per customer whenever you want to take one yourself.
You see what it says before anyone else does
Test it against your own content, read the transcripts, and change its instructions in plain language. Nothing goes live because a vendor said it was ready.
It reports on itself
What it answered, what it could not, what turned into a sale, where customers gave up. The point is the second month being better than the first.
An afternoon, not a project
No integration phase, no professional services line on the quote.
- 01
Point it at your business
Your website, your catalog, your price list, your PDFs. It reads them and builds its own working knowledge — no scripting, no decision trees.
- 02
Tell it how you want it to behave
In plain language: tone, what to push, what never to promise, when to fetch a human. Change any of it later in a sentence.
- 03
Try to break it
Talk to it yourself before a customer does. Ask it the awkward questions. What it gets wrong, you correct — and see the correction take immediately.
- 04
Connect a channel and go live
WhatsApp, the bubble on your site, Instagram, Messenger, email. Start with one. Add the rest when you trust it.
Priced by conversations, not by seats
Your whole team can use it. What you pay for is how much your customers talk to it.

Questions people actually ask
What counts as a conversation?
One customer, one thread, over a 24-hour window — however many messages go back and forth inside it. A returning customer the next day starts a new one.
What happens if we go over?
Nothing breaks. Additional conversations are billed at $0.12 each, and you can move up a plan at any point in the month.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly plans are cancellable any time and stop at the end of the period you have paid for. Annual plans are ten months for twelve.
Do we need a developer?
Not to start. You connect a channel, point the agent at your website or catalog, and read what it says before anything goes live. A developer is useful later, for the API and for custom integrations.
